A little bit about me...
My Life
Above everything else, I'm a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ. I'm an imperfect work-in-progress in constant need of his grace & mercy but, like Paul, "I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus" (Phil. 3:14).
I'm also husband to an incredible woman (my better half... seriously), and father of three awesome young men whom I love more than anything in the world.
My Personal Belief System
I believe we were all created by God for himself, and to do good (Col. 1:16; Eph. 2:10), and that he gives each of us the free will to follow his lead, or not. Those of us who put our trust in him are called to discover the purpose for which he created us, and fulfill that purpose. I believe that only then can we achieve "good success" (Joshua 1:8 KJV).
My Hobbies
I enjoy playing guitar, singing (in the shower), dancing (when no one is watching), sports like fútbol (a.k.a. soccer), basketball (no, I can't dunk... unless it's kiddie basketball hoop), baseball (played little league, 1st base, I was not good at all), and volleyball; shooting pool, bowling (I average about a 125, don't make fun of me, please), drawing, painting, board games, card games, good movies, bike riding along the beach, and dining out with my family, and friends.
My Experience
I've been working for myself since 2002, after a company I'd worked for for over 7 years moved its operations to another country and laid everyone off. That's when I discovered that there's no such thing as "job security." I became a voracious student of entrepreneurship, leadership, self-improvement, marketing, and sales... which led me to who I am today: a business growth strategist, marketing and sales funnels developer, business coach, and consultant.
